All returned checks will be charged a $30 fee!

Unopened & Unused products are eligible for a FULL REFUND if returned within 30 days of purchase and receipt is present. This includes gift receipt purchases!
Store credit may be issued only on discretion of opened/used items returned within 14 days of purchase. ****Reciept must be present.

Upon receiving your goods you have 14 days for returns of un-used/damaged items. after contacting and informing us via email ([email protected]) you have up to 14 days to ship the item (at your expense) back to us in the same product packaging in order to receive your refund.

If the item is damaged please provided photos in your email.

If your item is faulty please email us at ([email protected]) most of our products carry warranties/lifetime warranties. We would be happy to help you obtain a new item from the manufacturer via your warranty.

If you would like to make an exchange please contact us via email. We would be happy to exchange your un-used, non-damaged item for an item you wanted instead. At the expense of you - You will need to mail the item back in its original packaging. if under the original purchase item you will be refunded the remaining amount, if over you will be required to pay the additional remaining balance.

Consumables are non-refundable (anything you eat or drink).
